Hammond's

A favorite with both visitors and locals, this seat yourself bbq joint is worth the stop.  Hammond's has been serving amazing bbq in Glen Rose since 1966.  Our favorites are the smoked turkey baked potato and chopped beef sandwich.

Loco Coyote

This dive bar is the spot to be on weekends.  Menu items range from po'boys to steaks and of course cold beer.  On Saturday spring and summer nights live music fills the air as guests hang out at outdoor tables or picnic blankets in the yard.  Open Thursday - Sunday.

Casa Azteca

For quality TexMex , look no further than Casa Azteca.  Start off with some table side guacamole and then roll into a number house specials.  But, beware the Texas Margarita.  It packs a punch...in the best possible way.

Big Cup Eatery

All real diners serve breakfast all day and that is true for this local favorite.  Stop in for a stack of pancakes, a breakfast quesadilla with Mexican flair or a jumbo burger.  They also serve some of the biggest biscuits in Texas.

Riverhouse Grill

For some food that is a little more "down home fancy," Riverhouse is the place for you. With choices like parmesean truffle fries, Voodoo pasta and a white chocolate cranberry bread pudding, there is something for everyone.  But nothing can beat their Sunday Brunch.  Reservations are encouraged but not required.
